1.       CONTRACT WITH YOU

1.1        These terms constitute the agreement under which we, Letpro Services is the trading name of Letpro Limited, will provide property services to you. It is essential that you carefully review and understand these terms before instructing us to commence any work. Particular attention is drawn to the highlighted terms.

1.2       

Communication regarding work details must be conducted via email and verbal instructions will not be actioned. We currently only accept payment through bank transfers and do not handle credit/debit card details.

1.3       

Agents or Property Managers instructing works on behalf of your clients must formally undertake to take their instructions via email prior to instructing works on their behalf. In the event the agent or property manager instructs works contrary to their clients wishes; your company will undertake to pay for the works carried out if a breakdown of communication has occurred on your part.

1.4      

The quote provided by Letpro Services will form the basis of the contract. Only works listed and instructed on the quote will be carried out. Any further works required not listed on the quote have to be instructed via email and will only be undertaken by Letpro if we have responded confirming we have agreed to undertake the work at an agreed price/timeframe.

2.       CARRYING OUT THE WORK

2.1       

Upon agreement, we will provide you with a scheduled date and time to commence the specified work. While we will estimate the duration, this is indicative, and the actual completion time may vary.

2.2      

We strive to respond promptly, with consideration for emergencies. However, circumstances beyond our control may impact our ability to adhere to the allocated time slot, such as traffic, resourcing or weather conditions.

2.3     

We commit to making every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or telecommunication failures). In such cases, we will promptly inform you, and you may choose to cancel the job. If the event persists for more than 4 weeks, we reserve the right to cancel.

2.4      To facilitate the work, you must:

(a)       Provide access to the premises and necessary facilities;

(b)       Ensure premises are safe and clear of personal possessions for our access;

(c)       Confirm ownership of the premises and obtain any necessary consents;

(d)       Supply suitable materials. Failure to comply may result in work rescheduling.

A unique Job Number will be assigned, referenced on all correspondence related to the job.

3.       PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1       

The price includes labour, parts, and materials.

3.1.1    

We do not offer half-hourly rates.

3.1.2   

For fixed-price jobs, charges commence upon our engineer's arrival, inclusive of the quoted labour cost. Additional charges may apply for necessary parts, clearly specified on the Job Sheet. Some fixed-price jobs include part costs, confirmed during booking.

4.      CANCELLATION FEES

4.1      

If you wish to cancel a confirmed job, a cancellation fee may apply, especially if materials or resources have been allocated. Details of cancellation fees are available upon request.

5.      LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

5.1       

We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

5.2      

Our liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided.

5.3      

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items or property left unattended during the course of our work.

5.4     

Letpro will not be responsible for issues raised in the inventory if contractors or people have entered the property in between the clean and the inventory check in.

5.5      

Our carpet cleaning service does not guarantee the complete removal of stains from carpets, as we are not a specialized stain removal service. While we employ professional cleaning techniques, certain stains may persist due to various factors beyond our control, including the nature of the stain, the type of carpet fibres, and the duration of the stain. We recommend consulting a specialized stain removal service for stubborn or specific stains
